Where to find your zone
The zoning district is on the DPP Zoning Certificate (ZC). Request one at OnlinePermits.honolulu.gov or your client's zoning verification letter.
Overlays vs. base zoning
SMA, flood zone, tsunami, and wildfire overlays impose additional requirements on top of base zoning standards. Both must be satisfied.
