Parcel research, precedent search, complete Opus 4.7 narrative, and document checklist — delivered in 24 hours.
Three-section format
DPP variance applications are most effective with (1) project description and existing conditions, (2) hardship findings tied to specific lot characteristics, and (3) a clear statement of the relief requested.
Hardship standard
ROH §21-2.110 requires that the hardship be tied to the property — not the owner's financial situation. Focus on lot shape, topography, existing nonconformities, and conditions unique to the parcel.
